The Menomonie City Council approved a two-year agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management to provide Urban Search and Rescue Emergency Response Services, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. The agreement reimburses the City for personnel and equipment provided for statewide deployments.
