The City of Council Grove entered into a loan agreement with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for up to $3,162,750 at 3.15% interest to finance rehabilitation and replacement of its sanitary sewer collection system. The loan will be repaid from a dedicated revenue source in accordance with the repayment schedule in Exhibit B.
