Agreement term runs from the effective date in 2026 through June 30, 2030, with either party able to terminate on 15 days’ written notice; any amendment or extension must be in a written agreement signed by authorized representatives. All student and applicant data must be disposed of no later than 30 days after expiration unless a later disposal date is mutually agreed in writing.
