Cayuga County will enter a three‑year, $750,000 grant contract with the New York State Office of Indigent Legal Services to enhance Family Court representation by the Assigned Counsel Office from 2026 through 2028. The 2026 budget will be increased by $270,500 to reflect the first year of funding.
