The Town of Porter approved execution of a three-year Snow and Ice Agreement with the Niagara County Commissioner of Public Works for snow and ice control on County roads beginning October 1, 2025. The County will reimburse the Town for actual costs, including equipment, labor, materials, and additional umbrella insurance premiums.
