The Town of Penfield approved Renewal #2 of its intermunicipal fuel agreement with Monroe County, allowing the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to continue purchasing fuel from the Town’s DPW facility from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with monthly reimbursement plus an administrative fee. The Supervisor is authorized to execute the agreement following Town Attorney approval.
