Description

Rocky View County conditionally approved a five-year development permit for Larry and Cheryl Marshall to renew and significantly expand the Pawsitively Wild ‘N’ Free private dog park near Indus. The permit enlarges the fenced kennel area to about 123.57 acres, caps total dogs onsite at 78, and relaxes the required separation distance to the nearest dwelling, subject to detailed site, access, fencing, waste, and noise control conditions.
