EHD Investments named new Oquirrh Point master developer

Erda City approved an Assignment and Assumption of the Oquirrh Point Master Development Agreement under which EHD Investments, LLC became the new Master Developer. The recorded assignment transfers all master-planned community development rights and obligations from the prior master declarant to EHD Investments, LLC.
