Adams County is seeking to extend its 2014 Open Space Sales Tax grant of up to $1,250,000 for the Regional Park Open Space Acquisition until May 19, 2027. The extension will provide time to finalize plans for a conservation easement and potential golf course development in partnership with the Colorado Professional Golf Association.
