Positive Education Program, in association with the ESC of Northeast Ohio, will provide 2026-2027 special education and therapeutic school services to participating districts at unchanged daily tuition rates of $322 to $484 per pupil. The agreement covers multiple PEP locations and home instruction with defined maximum billable days.
