The Santa Paula Planning Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit and associated design and landscape plans for Santa Paula East, LLC to build a new 87,796-square-foot neighborhood retail commercial center on a 14.22-acre site at 18114 East Telegraph Road. The center will include a grocery store, home improvement and hardware retail, multiple fast food restaurants with drive-throughs, and smaller shops, pending City Council approval of Tentative Map No. 6101.
