MOU will be reviewed and, if substantial changes have occurred, renewed at least once every three years; it must be updated not less than every three years to reflect changes in officials, partners, or infrastructure funding. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice, after which the parties will convene within 60 days to renegotiate a replacement MOU if required by law.
