Jefferson County has applied to the Colorado Energy Office for up to $160,000 under the Community Access to Electric Bicycles grant program to launch an income-qualified e-bike initiative. If awarded, the County will equip about 80 residents with e-bikes, safety gear, and training and execute all related grant agreements.
