Description
The Palm Beach County School Board contracts with Select Spectrum LLC for Educational Broadband Service (EBS) marketing. The contract includes a Contingent Incremental Success Fee (CISF) structure where Select Spectrum receives a percentage of the net present value (NPV) of any lease agreements. CISF shall never equal more than 1.40 percent (1.40%) of the total NPV of the lease or leases completed with an absolute dollar maximum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) as result of this process.
