CCSD Master Data Sharing Agreement with Camden Coalition

TECHNOLOGY

Four (4) years from the Effective Date, with automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless terminated with 30 days’ notice

Initial term is four years from the Effective Date, after which the agreement renews automatically for successive one‑year terms unless terminated by any party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Camden Coalition must delete all individually identifying Primary Data Sets obtained under this Agreement and certify destruction within specified timeframes.
