University Approves $800M+ Nebraska Medicine Real Estate, Membership Transaction

The University of Nebraska Board of Regents approved agreements with Clarkson Regional Health Services for the University to become the sole member of Nebraska Medicine. The University will pay $500 million for the CMA and $300 million for real estate, while CRHS will donate $200 million for Project Health. Closing is targeted by June 30, 2026, upon satisfaction of due diligence and other closing conditions.
