Voters To Decide New TEP Franchise Agreement

The City of Tucson will ask voters on November 3, 2026 to approve a new non-exclusive franchise agreement with Tucson Electric Power Company for electric transmission and distribution services. Ordinance No. 12239 calls the mail-in special election and sets the franchise measure on the ballot.
