The Council will execute Amendment No. 14 to its 2021 professional services agreement with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. dba Parkhill, adding over $1 million in appropriations for airport taxiway design, spaceport environmental work, and passenger facility charge applications. Funding is drawn from the Airport Operating Fund unappropriated balance.
