The District may, at its option, extend the agreement for additional one-year terms up to a maximum total term of five years. After the initial term and any extensions, price adjustments require documentation and approval by the District Director of Procurement by February 15 and are capped by CPI, not to exceed three percent annually. The agreement is subject to termination for cause with ten days notice or for convenience with thirty days notice, and to non-appropriation of funds.
