Initial term of four (4) years from Effective Date, with optional one-year renewal terms

Initial four-year term beginning on the Effective Date, renewable by mutual agreement for one-year periods under the same terms and conditions unless modified by subsequent agreement. Parties must provide notice of their intent to seek renewal at least one year prior to the expiration of the initial term. Agreement may be amended to add new Parties.
