The Office of Long Term Living confirmed that CHC participants using Tempus Unlimited for participant-directed services must submit rate change forms by May 8, 2026 for their direct care workers to receive retroactive pay increases back to January 1, 2026. Forms are available online and were mailed to common law employers with return envelopes.
