Heber City Modifies Sawmill Development Deal With Regal Homes

Heber City and Regal Homes, LLC executed Addendum No. 3 to the Sawmill Planned Community Mixed-Use Development Agreement to adjust residential density to 599 units and redefine park improvements and configuration for Phase 4B. Regal Homes remains responsible for constructing and dedicating the Williamson Park public park as part of the Sawmill project.
