The City of Franklin plans to enter into a development agreement with Yaskawa America, Inc. to provide up to $4.2 million in tax increment-funded incentives for a robotics campus. Yaskawa will pay for and manage major construction including traffic signal relocation, to be partially reimbursed by the city upon grant funding.
