Initial 15‑year term from April 1, 2025 through the end of the 2040 Baseball Season. At the beginning of the 13th year, the City and Team will discuss a potential 5‑year renewal under the same terms, subject to possible negotiated changes and City Council approval. Liquidated damages apply if the team terminates early, including $100,000 per remaining year plus outstanding debt and unamortized share of the City’s $5.25M capital investment, with those improvements depreciated straight‑line over the term.
