MOU remains in effect for the duration of the student's placement in CUHSD’s APD program and ends July 31, 2028, unless terminated earlier for good cause or by mutual agreement. Either district may remove the student with 30 days’ written notice in unresolved dispute situations, with costs prorated based on enrollment days.
