The City of Lauderdale Lakes is considering execution of an Agreement for Uniform Collection of Non-Ad Valorem Special Assessments with Tax Collector Abbey Ajayi. The agreement authorizes the Broward County Tax Collector to bill and collect the City’s Fire Rescue, Solid Waste, and Stormwater assessments on annual property tax bills in exchange for up to 2% of collections and administrative cost reimbursement.
