The City of Plattsburgh authorized the Mayor and Director of Community Development to execute all documents related to a New York State Community Development Block Grant award of up to $610,000. The grant, administered through the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation and Office of Community Renewal, will fund public facility and emergency vehicle and equipment improvements.
