The Ashland Town Council approved a new three-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Downtown Ashland Association to restructure downtown revitalization efforts. Under this MOU effective July 1, 2026, the DAA Executive Director role transitions to a Town employee and DAA continues programming as an independent nonprofit.
