Description

The City of Parma Heights plans to enter into a professional services agreement with Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. to serve as City Engineer from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. The firm will provide engineering and architectural services under a fixed annual retainer for the City Engineer team plus additional services billed by percentage-of-project-cost and hourly schedules. The agreement may automatically continue beyond the initial term upon written consent of the Mayor and the consulting engineer.
