The Budget and Finance Committee recommends entering into an MOU with the City of Hemet to develop, construct, and operate the Hemet Mobility Hub on a City-owned parcel. The agreement grants RTA a 40-year site license, fee waivers, and a commitment to help fund long-term maintenance and security through a Community Facilities District.
