Description

The City of Dubuque approved a lease agreement with Hawkeye Area Community Action Program, Inc. for approximately 2,600 square feet of space at 1805 Central Avenue to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services. HACAP will pay $32,424 per year in rent under a term from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026 with automatic one-year renewals.
