The Virginia Department of Education has engaged Stronge & Associates Educational Consulting, LLC to facilitate workgroups revising the Guidelines for Uniform Performance Standards and Evaluation Criteria for Principals and Superintendents as part of Phase 2 of a multi-phase update. The engagement supports the development of a new culturally responsive and equitable leadership performance standard and other revisions to the model evaluation system.
