Burnaby staff recommend entering into new five-year nominal Licence and Operating Agreements with Burnaby Children’s Centres Society to operate the Hanna Court and Taylor Park Children’s Centres from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2031. The City will continue to provide the facilities at a nominal fee while the society delivers child care services and assumes day‑to‑day operational responsibilities.
