The Seattle City Council is considering an ordinance authorizing Seattle City Light to enter into a five-year agreement with Washington State Ferries for construction of electrical system improvements at Pier 48 and the Seattle Terminal (Colman Dock, Pier 52) and to negotiate an associated operations agreement. The action would support the Seattle Terminal Electrification Project and ratify prior related acts.
