City Administers DRIVE Payroll Deductions Program

Under the collective bargaining agreement, the City of Elma will process voluntary DRIVE payroll deductions for Teamsters-represented employees and remit a consolidated monthly payment to DRIVE National Headquarters along with employee contribution details. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters will reimburse the City annually for the administrative costs of this program.
