The Texas Association of Community Schools member district is entering into a general legal services agreement with Leon, Alcala, Morse & Reynolds, PLLC for as-needed counsel with no annual retainer. The firm will provide unlimited no-fee routine Question Calls, one complimentary annual training session, and additional services at specified hourly rates on a year‑to‑year basis until terminated.
