LACMTA is authorizing execution of Amendment No. 1 to its 2017 Master Cooperative Agreement with the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority for the Phase 2B Foothill Gold Line project. The amendment realigns the agreement with a CMAR delivery model for Phase 2B2, clarifying oversight, testing responsibilities, work packages, and bonding and insurance protections without changing project funding.
