County reviews Little Mountain 3 MW solar project

Nottoway County is considering approval of a rezoning and special exception for Little Mountain Solar Farm, a 3 MWac facility to be developed by CEP Solar, LLC on a 10-acre portion of a 31-acre parcel south of Burkeville. The project will supply local distribution power, include decommissioning bonding, and requires setback modifications under the county’s solar ordinance.
