Description

Murray County approved a mutual agreement with the Georgia Ports Authority to continue law enforcement and security services at the Ports Authority facility through June 1, 2026, after which the site will transition to an upgraded security system. The Sheriff's Office will still respond to calls and conduct patrol drive-throughs without a full-time on-site deputy.
