Howard Lake Approves Election Resources MOU With County

The City of Howard Lake is approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Wright County under which the County will retain and administer all VOTER Account funds allocated on behalf of the City to cover shared election-related costs. The agreement formalizes that Howard Lake will not directly receive these state VOTER funds but will benefit from countywide election infrastructure, security, and support paid from the retained funds.
