The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners rejected the sole bid from Distinctive AFWS Designs, Inc. for maintenance, support, and repair of the Shrewsbury River early flood warning systems for May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2030 because the price exceeded the County’s budget.
