The Administration & Finance Committee will recommend that the Board approve a 12‑month professional services agreement with The Gualco Group, Inc. for state government relations services, not to exceed $86,100 plus up to $5,000 in reimbursable expenses, through the end of FY 26/27. This engagement will support the District’s state-level legislative and regulatory advocacy.
