Under State Contract ND 215, Online Legal Research Subscription Services with West Publishing Corporation commenced February 1, 2020 for five years with four 12‑month renewals and one 12‑month extension option. Amendment 4 renews the contract for an additional 12 months, changing the expiration to April 30, 2027, leaving two 12‑month renewal options and one 9‑month extension option. Valley City’s 5‑year local extension will align with and rely on this statewide master agreement.
