Upper Arlington City Schools Awards Facilities Contract to City of Upper Arlington (July 2026)

The Upper Arlington Board of Education approved a Joint Development Agreement with the City of Upper Arlington under which the Board will manage demolition and site work for the Tremont Senior Center property and the City will reimburse approved project costs up to $500,000. Upon completion of the project, the underlying property and improved site will be transferred to the Board.
