COA with Irvine Ranch Water District to be amended

Metropolitan continues to coordinate with Irvine Ranch Water District under the COA for storage and recovery of exchanged State Water Project supplies in IRWD’s groundwater banking facilities. Staff will seek Board approval in September 2026 to amend the agreement to add Kern Fan Project storage and refine financial and operational provisions.
