Initial five-year term from the date of last signature with automatic yearly renewals thereafter. The agreement includes an option to renew for up to an additional five years beyond the automatic renewals. Either party may terminate at any time with 90 days’ advance written notice, and performance is contingent on continued appropriations by each party’s governing body.
