If not terminated with 90 days written notice prior to August 31, 2027, the agreement automatically renews for a new 1‑year (12‑month) term beginning September 1, 2027 and each September 1 thereafter, with a 3% annual rate increase. Termination requires 90 days written notice prior to August 31 of any contract year.
