Contract Term

Initial term of five (5) years commencing on the first day of the calendar month following closing of the purchase of Amelia’s Hangar, with two (2) additional renewal terms of five (5) years each

Renewal Info

Lessee may renew for two consecutive five-year terms by providing at least 120 days’ written notice before expiration of the then-current term, provided the lease is in good standing and Lessee is not in default. Rent is subject to annual CPI adjustments and renegotiated/ appraised market-rate adjustments effective at each renewal term’s start; rental bond amount must be increased to reflect any rent adjustments. Holdover without consent is at 150% of final month’s base rent on a month-to-month basis.
