The City of Sidney and Cheyenne County are entering into an interlocal agreement with the Cheyenne County Economic Development Corporation to provide coordinated economic development services. Under the agreement, Sidney will contribute $115,000 annually and Cheyenne County $20,000 annually over an initial five-year term, supplemented by $581,928 in private E3 donations, with automatic five-year renewals.
