The Village of Decatur Council is asked to approve an MOU with the Van Buren Conservation District to host a year-round tire recycling site at the Decatur Area Waste & Recycling Center under an EGLE Scrap Tire Cleanup Grant. The Conservation District administers the grant and pays Cobalt Holdings LLC, while the Village covers any non-grant-eligible costs.
